Instructions

Checklist of Instructions

• The first Phase

Each chicken breast should be cut in half lengthwise. Use a rolling pin or the flat side of a meat mallet to flatten the chicken between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap to a 1/4-inch thickness. Season the chicken with salt and pepper before serving. Dunk the chicken in flour and shake off the waste.

• Second Phase

In a wide non-stick skillet, melt one tablespoon butter with one tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook for two to three min. on each side in a skillet or until golden brown and cooked through. Keep the chicken warm by transferring it to a serving platter. Rep with 1 tbsp—butter and the remaining olive oil, as well as the chicken.

• Third Phase

Add the broth and lemon juice to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 min., until the sauce has thickened slightly, stirring to remove any particles stuck to the bottom of the pan. Eight lemon slices should be included.

• Fourth Phase

Remove the heat from the skillet and blend in the parsley and the remaining two tablespoons of butter until the butter has melted. The sauce should be poured over the chicken. Serve right away. If needed, garnish.

Chicken Lollipop

The marination is the secret here. In a bowl, place 500g of chicken leg. In a large mixing bowl, blend one beaten egg, three tablespoons cornflour, one tablespoon all-purpose flour, one teaspoon black pepper powder, one tablespoon ginger-garlic pastes, two teaspoons soy sauce, and one teaspoon salt. Mix all together thoroughly, making sure that each piece is completely protected. Allow the marinated chicken to sit for at least 30 minutes before deep-frying it. The best chicken lollipop you’ll ever eat.

Chilli Chicken

You’ll need boneless chicken cut into smaller pieces for this recipe. Cook the chicken in the same way as in the previous recipe. One medium onion, cut into cubes, one medium capsicum, two teaspoons minced garlic, one teaspoon minced ginger, two three green chilies, four tablespoon tomato sauce, two tablespoon chili sauce, one tablespoon vinegar, half teaspoon salt, one tablespoon soy sauce, three tablespoon cornflour are needed for the gravy.

Add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies to a pan and cook for 30-35 seconds. Then add the onion and capsicum and cook on high heat for a few minutes. Mix with all of the sauces thoroughly. Combine cornflour and 250ml water in a bowl and pour into the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes after adding the fried chicken. You should adjust the amount of water to make the gravy you like.
