- In the upper right corner, click your profile image.
The profile picture is where all the resources in relation to the application and profile settings are located. Its best accessed by the profile icon as opposed to another symbol or text box having this information instead. That way the UI looks cleaner and the inconveniences to users are reduced.
- Select your current status by clicking on it.
The status is the current mode your Team currently resides in. You have several statuses from busy to inactive and the one this example is called available. We will not be addressing these as they are not what helps adjust the idle settings, however the idle setting features for time settings are under this feature.
- Click on Duration.
Duration is a clock icon set by teams to help users set a time of idle when necessary, to access this secretion simply click on the icon and you can access a time box where you can edit the timing.
- Set a time and reset value.
Now set a time and reset value, the top idle time value will allow you to adjust the main idle time value. And the reset status value is the value used to reset once the time period is complete.
- Finally, click on done.
