Efforts are on to deal with both of them that the first case of Yellow Fungus has come to light in Ghaziabad, adjacent to Delhi. On Monday, this disease was found in a man in Ghaziabad, which is being called more dangerous and fatal than the black and white fungus. The man is being treated at a local ENT surgeon’s hospital in Ghaziabad. Let us know that at present, the country is facing a huge shortage of anti-fungal drug amphotericin B injection; at such a time, after the arrival of this new disease, the concern from the common people to the government has increased.

Common Symtoms Of Yellow Fungus

Symptoms of Yellow fungus or Mucormycosis include laziness, loss of appetite or no appetite at all, and weight loss. However, all these are included in the mild symptoms of this disease. In a more severe case, symptoms such as pus and wounds take too long to heal, malnutrition, organ failure and necrosis (tissue melting) can eventually lead to symptoms of eye damage. Yellow fungus is considered to be a fatal disease, because it takes serious form inside itself and there is a risk of worsening if symptoms are not started immediately after treatment.

Major Cause of Yellow Fungus

What causes yellow fungus? Poor hygiene is the main cause of yellow fungal infection. Cleaning your home and surroundings is very important and it is necessary to maintain cleanliness as much as possible. Try to remove contaminated things, dirt and old food items as soon as possible. This helps to stop the growth of bacteria and fungus. To prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi, attention needs to be paid to the moisture inside the house, as bacteria and fungi can help to thrive in areas with high humidity. The correct level of humidity in homes is 30% to 40%. Significantly, the lack of moisture is easier to deal with, but more moisture can prove to be harmful.
